The Composure Index sells digital products — structured methodologies, diagnostics, and templates — for professional positioning. Products are worked on this site and delivered as downloadable files. Access is personal to the purchaser and tied to the purchase email; codes may not be shared, resold, or used to provide services to third parties.
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for all purchases: they handle payment, applicable sales tax and VAT, receipts, and payment-related support. Paddle's checkout terms apply to the transaction itself.
Purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license to use the product and its outputs for your own professional positioning. You own everything you create with the instruments — your Brief, your rewrites, your downloads. You may not republish, resell, or repackage the products, the methodology text, the rubrics, or the templates.
The products are structured instruments, not career counseling, legal, or financial advice. We make no promises about roles, offers, titles, or outcomes. What the instruments produce depends on your record and your work.

We aim to keep purchased workspaces available continuously and will provide download access to your work product if a product is ever retired. These terms may be updated; material changes will be dated on this page.
